Are you getting enough sleep?
Did you know that sleep deprivation can cause moodiness?
The amount of sleep you need varies from person to person. It is important that you get quality sleep. Don't just look at the number of hours you sleep. Let your body tell you how much you need. Do you get up easily in the morning and stay alert throughout the day? If you answered no then perhaps you need more sleep then you are getting.
Do you have a hard time falling to sleep when you get into your bed at night? Perhaps you are taking your worries along with you into your bedroom. Leave your worries with Our Lord, before you retire for a good night sleep. He will take the burden from you and you will get the rest you need and will be better able to give the person in your charge the quality care that they deserve.
